Now that the Senate has voted 89-10 to renew the USA PATRIOT Act, it's worth studying the Bunning-Henry reaction, which produces two gamma rays from annihilation.

According to this NY Times story Sen. Bunning stated the following regarding the debate on renewal of the USA Patriot Act:

Sen. Bunning has clearly either forgotten or never known that life doesn't mean much without civil liberties.
